Noah’s Ark & the Caves

on April 22, 2014

Sorry for the delay everybody, we had a long day yesterday and we are having a few technical issues, so bare with us.

Sunday night saw us crown the winners of our eater egg decorating competition, with categories ranging from best feather to best glittery we had many winners all of who received an easter egg!!

Monday morning and we all headed off to Grottes Betharram which are the caves close to Lourdes, they do have a Facebook page they reliably informed me so check it out!! Great fun was had by all, though there were over 300 steps to take down and 50 to come up, a boat ride followed by a train ride.

The afternoon saw us playing on the meadows, football, badminton etc… but to our dismay the taps had not been connected back up after the recent flooding so our customary water fight was not to be had….however we will change that!!!! We ended the afternoon with another sing song in café with a few other groups! Keep checking our Facebook page for photos and videos…well worth a look.

At evening time we joined many other groups in the under ground Basilica for a concert to celebrate Noahs Ark. Many songs were sung, the inevitable Rise and Shine follwed by a little Katy Perry and ROAR!!

A great day was had by all!! Thank you for your wonderful supportive messages, we see them all, our techie in the UK makes sure of that.

Keep sending us messages through the tatler, just send them an email tatler@hcpt.org.uk
