HCPT Group 75

Our little website, come alive with 75!

Busy 2 days

on April 9, 2015

Well it has been a busy last two days, so apologies in the delay for this.

Yesterday was hectic with a lovely day out at the port of St Jean de Luz. We spent time on the beach and had a paddle in the sea. The weather was beautiful and the factor 50 was out. By the time we got back we had to get ready for our party night, where we headed off to one of the local cafes for icecream and dancing. There were some excellent fancy dress costumes ranging from Obe Wan Ken obi to a strawberry. I’m sure you’ve all witnessed the dancing :). So a relatively late night entailed.

Thursday morning saw the most amazing Trust Mass lead by the West Indies! It was fantastic. The music was brilliant and the atmosphere electric in the underground Basilica. What a way to start winding up the week.

In the afternoon we had the customary trip around Lourdes on the little train, however as added extra we had the water guns. Anybody dressed in HCPT wear was deemed fair game πŸ™‚ and that included us helpers. Drenched, soaked and ringing wet were some of the words used to describe the look of us after a short 30 minutes!! Fabulous fun πŸ™‚

Tonight where’s wally made an appearance at various spots around lourdes after we had had our weekly presentation night, of which we had the pleasure of our regional chair Richard. He was able to see the joy and enthusiasm our group exudes.

We have had a great couple of days and there only remains one full day left 😦
We have had a ball!!!
